“Barry The Fish With Fingers” is one of our favourite books, so we did lots of activities that Barry would do too! Such as bubble painting, finger painting and finger puppets too.

It’s VE day celebrations!! We made lots of colourful decorations. Including a tent inspired by Eric Carle and read Mr Seahorse with similar drawings too.

Focus book: “Stella: Star of the Sea”, discussed different feelings and how to talk about them. We researched the different fishes mentioned. We got active with our hopscotch, treasure hunt and science experiments.

Revised long oo, short oo, ar and or. Read “Way Deep Down in the Deep Blue Sea” and created a shoebox aquarium. We went deep-sea exploring and returned to code and solve mysteries on Osmo.
